This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting and storing the User’s personal data, as well as for accessing information collected on the User’s devices while using the website funkymedia.pl. Whenever this Policy refers to:

Administrator – this shall mean FunkyMedia conducting business under the name BIGTECH IT SP ZOO, the owner of the website funkymedia.pl;

Website – this shall mean the website funkymedia.pl;

User – this shall mean any natural person who uses the website funkymedia.pl in any way.

By using the Website, the User accepts the rules set out in this Privacy Policy.

The Website performs the function of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • through information voluntarily entered by Users into forms,
  • through storing cookies on Users’ end devices,
  • through collecting web server logs by the hosting operator.

Use of the Website is free of charge.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC GDPR, as well as the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000.

Data is provided in an automated manner, but refusal to provide it will not affect the User’s ability to use the Website.
